Our mission
To provide Detroit artists with dedicated time and affordable space for creative work. As an act of restorative justice, Colour Palette 313 will use creative placemaking to strengthen Detroit’s neighborhoods. The high-tech building will be eco-friendly, efficiently constructed, and sustainable. We are vested in the resurgence of Detroit. As stakeholders and lifetime Detroiters who were born, raised, and educated in the city, we endeavor to provide opportunities for Detroit’s artists. Our project will create a new hub for the arts, expanding the level of creative engagement in the Detroit arts community.
